His journey into recruitment began in 2019, where he leveraged his technical background to deliver exceptional value to engineering and manufacturing clients. Mentored by industry expert John S. B. who shared over 15 years of recruitment wisdom, Alexander gained invaluable experience and insights that shaped his approach to talent acquisition

In 2025, Alexander took a bold step and launched Talentis Ltd, driven by a desire to provide tailored recruitment solutions and build high-performing teams across the UK. At Talentis, we value hard work, continuous learning, and fostering strong relationships.

About the Director - Alexander Gaibor

Born in South America ---> Ecuador. Alexander's journey has been shaped by diverse cultures and experiences. Raised between the UK and Spain, he returned to the UK in 2015, initially exploring various career paths in London. His curiosity led him to pursue a degree in aerospace engineering in Bristol, blending his technical knowledge with a strong interest in business.

In 2019, Alexander discovered his passion for recruitment, drawn by the dynamic environment of sales, networking, and business growth. His career allowed him to connect talented individuals with leading organisations, creating value for clients, candidates, and the company he represented.

By 2025, equipped with experience and ambition, Alexander ventured to establish Talentis Ltd, focusing on helping businesses build high-performing teams through distinctive recruitment strategies.

Beyond his professional life, Alexander is an avid reader, exploring topics like self-improvement, business, investing, psychology, sales, influence, and body language. He speaks English, Spanish, and is self-learning French. He enjoys nature, adrenaline sports, going to the gym, and playing guitar and piano—skills he developed through YouTube tutorials.

Alexander is also involved remotely in his family business in Ecuador and shares his learning journey on a YouTube channel, aiming to inspire others on personal growth.
